It's hard to train all the work force but as a gold member I was having a less than ideal experience and Charlie the manager of the valets stepped up and took care of us. Amazing how one person can change your experience

The service was outstanding. Even though we were traveling as a family with kids and not as business executives we were treated impeccably well by every staff member we encountered. We were given a lovely room with a wonderful view of the Charles River. It was clean and luxuriously comfortable. The kids enjoyed all the fancy design touches in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was a bit pricey even with the free vouchers for the children, but it was excellent. We were splurging on this short vacation, so it didn't matter. The kids loved the pool and the exercise facilities were great. Easy access to the T from this location and nice to be able to access Copley Place for dining and shopping from the indoor walkways, especially with the February freezing rain we encountered during our visit. Wish we could do it all again!

I have stayed at the Westin Copley a few times and it is a very nice hotel in a great location. However, prospective guests should keep in mind, when comparing hotels, that the Westin charges its guests $49 per night to use the valet service. If you have a car, there is basically no alternative so you feel like they take advantage by luring guests at decent rates for a quality hotel and then banging them with high parking rates.

I am pleased to read that you enjoyed your time with us. I realize that parking seems high, but I assure you that it is in line with the other hotels and garages in the area. I hope that this won't discourage you from staying with us again. We look forward to seeing you.

Stayed in a Jr Suite with wife and 2 small boys on a weekday during school vacation under a very good value package that they offered that included in room movie/wifi, overnight valet parking, $15 in treats for the kids at hotel food shop, breakfast buffet for both kids and an appetizer at Bar 10. Corner Jr. Suite room had two doubles and pull out couch, was spacious with an incredible view of the city and Copley Square and John Hancock tower on the 11th floor. Front desk was very generous in allowing early check in and late check out so we could extend our stay for those hours.
Went to indoor heated pool both days while my wife worked out on the same floor in a clean modern work out facility. Pool was not huge as expected, bit was clean and not crowded and the kids loved it. Hotel is connected to Copley Place Mall and Stops at Prudential Center which was great as it was freezing out and gave us options to walk around with plenty of restaurant choices. Boston Public Library was right across the street, so we spend some time in there as well.
All staff, valet captain, front desk, wait staff etc. provided excellent customer service, with the very minor exception of a bartender at Bar 10 that seemed a bit put off by my request of refills of water in my kids cups. We were there on a Monday afternoon, so it wasn't like it was busy or inappropriate that my kids be in the lounge area as that's where they seated us. The pool was out of towels on the second day and so we used the house phone to call for more towels and someone was there in minutes to refill the towels, which was great.
Overall very good value and a job well done by staff. Thank you.

Room Tip: Corner Jr Suite provided amazing views and plenty of room for family of four or five.

Thank you for staying with us during Feb Vacation. We wanted to put together a nice package that would delight both the children and the parents, and judging from your review, we succeeded! My hopes are that you and your family will stay with us again next time you are looking to get away. Be well.

The Westin Copley Place is centrally located and interconnected to Copley Square and Prudential Centre. On cold days, having indoor access is extremely useful. A 24 hour grocery store "Shaws" is also quite handy especially when dining in options at the Westin is highway robbery.

Had an internet connection issue for the first day of our 4 night stay. After a few phone calls back and forth I asked to move rooms. They were able to fulfill my request and other than that our stay was perfect.

Nice amenities, fantastic warm pool, and a great gym.

Thank you for choosing the Westin Copley during your recent stay in Boston. In the winter months, nothing beats the convenience of the sky bridge that connects us to the adjacent malls. I am happy to hear that our staff was able to resolve your internet problem. I hope we will see you again soon.
