I had stayed in another Westin property in LA just two weeks prior. This handily beat the pants off that one.

We were in town for a wedding. We stayed on the 13th floor and had a great view of Copley Square.

The rooms all seemed to be somewhat recently renovated. The decor was sharp and contemporary. Maids and other service people seem to have been around frequently and they were constantly asking us (or at least it seemed to be constant) whether we wanted additional packets of Starbucks coffee for our in-room brewing machine. Very good!

Bed was standard comfortable Heavenly Bed and the shower and toiletries all comfortable and great.

I loved the access to the Copley Place mall, and loved being able to stroll to Newbury Street and go running along the Esplanade just minutes after leaving the front door.

Overall this was a comfortable stay. I loved the location, room was comfortable, front desk staff and all employees helpful. I'd stay here again.

One thing - the seafood restaurant has $1 oysters at 5PM on Friday nights. Took advantage of it - highly recommend if you're there on a Friday.

Room Tip: go as high up as possible, and ask for a room overlooking Copley Square. We were in 1315 which was...

As a platinum member I was upgraded to a junior suite facing the water. It was very busy at check in time on Saturday, but they increased the front desk staff to minimize the waiting time.
This is a good hotel for both business and personal stay. Great location nearby Mulberry street.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the water are very pleasant

Our group attended a conference here and booked our stay for the convenience. We were pleased with our rooms, especially as we all had decent views of the city and a bit of the water. It is a high rise with 36 floors, and there are plenty of elevators to accommodate the traffic. The hotel is centrally located, and we were able to walk to a variety of historical sites, shops and restaurants easily. The hotel offers several dining options, and we tried the breakfast buffet at the Huntington which was good. The concierge was helpful in locating a restaurant and suggesting sight seeing close by, and the staff at the front desk were professional, courteous, and helpful.

Great location and great price. Service was ok - when checking in we heard others being asked what they were there for and given upgrades... We weren't even asked and it was our honeymoon ... Great view, comfy bed but room smelled king of funny.

We spent one night at the hotel after touring Northeastern University. It was centrally located to the school as well as Back Bay. We even walked from the hotel to the North End for dinner. The check in service was good as well as the valet. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. My only complaint was that the room rate included breakfast for only ONE guest. For $450 per night I think they could have added a 2nd breakfast in the price.

Regarding breakfast, if you want to reach out to me at john.wedig@westin.com, I could look into the details of your reservation. We do have some packages that include breakfast for two. Walking distance to all parts of Boston. Service was great, this was my first time staying at a Westin but felt as though I was just as important as the frequent visitors. Great shopping attached to the hotel along with great restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!
