I wish I could give less that one star. The worker's strike has been going on for three weeks, but did the Sheraton think to give it's paying guests a heads up before arriving in Boston?...of course not!
There is incompetency at every level of this organization.
I spoke to the Manager of the Day who indicated that "corporate" told them they can't contact the customers.
Breakfast at the lobby restaurant consisted of "hot food" served cold that was swimming in condensed water. As as physician, I'm concerned that this is a health hazard.
Don't expect room service, because there is none.
Having been a loyal Starwood customer for more than 15 years, I hope this place gets back on track, but from the responses I've had from management so far, I'm not optimistic.More
