“Didn't start well but made up for it...”

Was pretty devastated after travelling for 26 hours from Melbourne to be told we couldn't have the room we booked but could have one with two queens instead. Given our room was guaranteed for late arrival and this was a special occasion for us I didn't think this was acceptable.
Spoke to Tim the following morning and we were moved to a King room. Cost of previous night was refunded which was very much appreciated. What blew me away though was the champagne and thoughtful gift which was waiting for us in our room when we got back in that evening. Felt very spoilt and more importantly showed that this place was serious about service.
Rooms were large and very comfortable. Well located hotel - we walked everywhere.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Room Tip: Rooms on higher floors have better wifi

I checked into this hotel after having a horrible experience with another hotel right down the street and was very impressed. The lobby and the rooms are decorated with a modern flare and the staff is very nice.

The hotel offers many free amenities that upscale hotels typically charge for. I had free Wi-Fi and two free bottles of water in my room, and champagne upon arrival. The hotel is also very quiet. Even though I had a room near the elevator, which I try to avoid since I’m a light sleeper, I didn’t hear much noise from the hallway. They also have a very good location near the Theatre district and a few blocks from Boston Common.

I would definitely stay here again.

Reserved the Revere for the rooftop garden, pool, wifi ( a must have these days) and elegance. There are some significant issues with the wifi and like a few other visitors, we were very disappointed with the closure of the pool and rooftop. Tim and Justin the leadership went to great lengths to compensate which shows excellent attention to service. The rooms are spacious, beds sumptuous with soothing linens. The bath amenities are wonderful, love the gels and shampoo. The balcony was wonderful and provided a beautiful breeze. Without the bumps it is a 4-5 star hotel.

Room Tip: Top floor rooms will provide great views

With a combination of very good location and amazing service this hotel has it all. Look for Tim M. as you are checking in and he'll make sure you have everything you need and know everything you need to know, to make your stay in the city unforgettable.

Tim welcomed us to the hotel with a sense of warmth and ease. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was more than comfortable. We travel often and have never encountered service in a hotel as hospitable as his...thank you, Tim. As for the accommodations, incredible. The rooms are contemporary, clean, and spacious. Each room has a balcony and Tim made sure ours had an amazing view of the water. Location is perfect with restaurants, shops, and the theater within walking distance. If in Boston...this is the place to stay.

Stayed here for 3 days vacation before a conference. Wireless internet was nigh on to useless on the 19th floor. Unable to connect and stay connected. Very slow when I did get connected. Didn't work properly with laptop, ipad or 2 iphones. But iphone connected seemlessly in the lobby. Definitely need to upgrade if they advertise wifi. And a call to the guest services produced NOTHING. Very disappointed.

Room Tip: If you want wifi don't get a room on the 19th floor.

I can not say enough great things about this hotel, but one thing stands out above the rest.

I was taking my wife and two kids (3 years and 6 months) to Boston for a one night stay. We were in Plymouth for a few days before our Boston stay. We went to a 3rd party website, to find a nice hotel that had an indoor pool for the kids. Our entire search was based on finding a place to let the kids swim. When we got to the registration counter there was a sign that read the pool was closed due to maintenance. Disappointment does not begin to describe what was going through our mind. We told the woman checking us in, that we had chosen their hotel specifically for the pool.

They quickly came back and said that they have a sharing arrangement with another hotel and we could use that one and they would be happy to pay for our cab ride over there (the other hotel was about 1 1/2 miles away). I explained that we could not take small children in a cab and it would be too inconvenient for us. I was not being pushy at all, which is why the hotel's response was so well received by me. The woman went into the back to talk with the manager and came back and apologized for the pool being closed, and they wanted to comp our entire room, and they would give us money to pay for parking at the other hotel ($40) so we could drive ourselves!! I was not expecting any of this, free room, cash for parking, and an apology...WOW! Way to go Revere, above and beyond!!

Now on to the hotel itself. Large rooms, extremely clean, quiet and in a great location. Everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly. The hotel is located near many great restaurants, both upscale chains and local only restaurants. I will definitely be back to this hotel.
