We stayed at Revere Hotel at Boston Commons last week and it was a delightful place to stay, close to so much! We booked last minute, online, and got great room rates, too! Breakfast, however, at the Rustic was not great for big prices!

We were not disappointed when we checked into the revere. The staff were really helpful, the room was really clean and a good size for a city hotel. The kingsize bed was really comfortable. If I was going to be really critical I would say the bathroom was a little small, but again it was very clean and loaded with complimentary toiletries

the location is great, walking distance to many places to visit, stores and restaurants. The hotel new design is modern, funky and fun, good service from the front desk, however not the same experience with housekeeping, our room was not clean all the way, found long black hairs in the bath tub, the hair dryer was sticky (with either lotion or make up) from the previous guests, I had to clean both also the small balcony was not clean, had many cigarette butts and slice of red onion. Upon our departure we asked the bellman for a taxi to get us to the airport, he pushed for us to take a shuttle instead of a taxi, we had asked how much a taxi will cost to take us to the airport and we were told about 20-22…the bellman insisted for us to take the shuttle for 29 …we were then walking away when the bellman NOT the driver lower the fee to 25. Obviously the bellman and the shuttle company are in business for themselves VERY disappointment.

Thank you for staying at the Revere Hotel Boston Common. We are pleased to hear how much you enjoyed the design of the hotel as well as our front desk cast. We are a smoke-free property, and there is no reason for cigarette butts to be anywhere. It is our standard for housekeeping to check the balconies in each guestroom and make sure they are clean. As for the shuttle service, this is not provided by the hotel, we use a 3rd party that sets their own rates and there should be no negotiation. I will be addressing your comments with our Director of Rooms. We hope to welcome you back in the future.

Great location convenient to lots of restaurants and watering holes like Cheers. There is a food court across the street for quick meals. Rooms were nice but the beds were average at best. To get there from the airport, take the blue line from baggage claim to Government Center. At Government Center, take the Green line outbound to Boylston. Walk straight (cross one street) for a block and turn right on Stuart. Hotel will be two block down Stuart on your left.

We only needed a hotel for 4 nights but the 30% discount for 5 nights was better than any other deals so we took it. This hotel is in a very good, central location. I only had minor issues with door keys that didn't always work, no replenishment of water bottles, etc but the rooms were very nice and clean - kudos to the staff for their efforts.

We recently spent 2 nights at the Revere Hotel, Boston Common, and were very happy with our choice. Boston hotels are expensive (especially for South Africans paying R8.30 to the Dollar!) and we were not sure what to expect from this hotel which was most attractively priced in comparison to similarly graded and positioned hotels. The hotel has been recently refurbished to a very high standard and was comfortable, modern and immaculately clean. The staff were very pleasant and one of the bell-hops really went the extra mile to help us when we realized that we had left one of our bags at our previous stop in Cape Cod - he phoned the resort and arranged for the missing bag to be couriered to us. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food or restaurant service. It was very easy to get around and the closest T-station was an easy 5 min walk. There are literally dozens of restaurants all around and we had excellent meals at 2 of them without having to walk more than a block. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Great rooms, excellent shower and washroom with daily cleaning service. The hotel is in great location by transit, short walking distance to many tourist attractions. The hotel has a bar/lounge called "The Emerald" that appeared very popular (the line was so long even as guests at the hotel we couldn't get in).

Emerald Lounge is Boston’s newest luxury lounge, and is very popular especially on weekend nights, which is why we offer guests VIP access. Unfortunately, once we reach capacity, we cannot allow anyone else to enter per city of Boston codes. I will be following up with the Emerald manager to make sure that was the case. It is less busy during the early evening hours, so we hope you will have the opportunity to stop by Emerald the next time you stay with us.
