My family and I had a wonderful experience/stay at the Four Seasons/Boston. We have three young boys (ages 5, 3 and 14 months), and the staff does an excellent job catering to the needs of young children. Additionally, the service the entire staff provides is first class. Every question we had was answered in a timely manner and always with a smile. During our next trip to Boston, we'll definitely be staying at the Four Seasons.

Just when we thought we had found our perfect hotel, the Four Seasons made it even better with "adult swim" on Saturday nights. They dim the lighting in the pool area, place glowing balls around, play music, and set out pastries and sodas. Beautiful, relaxing.

Also, I have food allergies and the Bristol Lounge was extremely accommodating -- the food was delicious and totally fit my needs. The entire experience is worth the splurge.

Thank you for reviewing our Boston Hotel! We’re over the moon that you were able to experience our Saturday Splash Adult Swim – it is truly a relaxing evening especially with the delicious treats from the Pastry Shop! We’ve shared your comments with our Spa Team and they are simply glowing! Also, we’re delighted that you enjoyed your experience at The Bristol Lounge. We hope to have the honor of welcoming you back soon!

It's wonderful to have high expectations exceeded, and that's what the Four Seasons in Boston has just accomplished. At checkin, front desk manager Frederick Stein missed the fact that I'm a returning guest, and made up for the small slip with a complimentary upgrade to the most wonderful suite with views over Boston Common. And the fantastic service continued throughout the brief stay. Will always return to the Four Seasons Boston for this reason alone.

We had an outstanding three night stay at The Four Seasons. We were incredibly pleased with the care and service of everyone we encountered. A first class experience on all levels.
Two pet peeves:
1) The regular WiFi is extremely slow and we could hardly do anything on the internet without paying the 15.00 for the extra bandwidth, especially disheartening since we were tourists enjoying the city, we hardly spent any time in the hotel to use it. To me this is unwarranted, especially when considering the cost of the daily stay at this beautiful place.
2) The cost of Breakfast. I wish places would start offering Breakfasts that were affordable. They offer coffee from 6:00 to 8:00 in the morning in the lobby. Nice for those early risers. We went once and the coffee was out and the creamer was out. We found ourselves searching the streets for Breakfast, not hard, but oh it would be so nice to stay at the hotel. The restaurant had breakfast and one morning we decided to try it. The prices were out of this world. And as amazing as these two breakfast meals were, in total with tip came to 70.00 and unfortunately, we couldn't even eat half of it. It would be lovely if the Four Seasons offered a smaller scaled breakfast that was more suited those who'd like a small breakfast without breaking the bank. They offer smaller offerings: bagels and such, but a bagel and coffee will set you back $20. My recommendation is order one of the breakfasts and share it, or go to Au Bon Pain behind the hotel, which perhaps is what the Four Seasons wants their guests to do.
On the other hand, our evening dinner at the restaurant was extraordinary, food perfectly cooked and service was wonderful... one of the best meals we had in Boston!

Thank you for your detailed review. I appreciate your feedback regarding our WiFi offerings and have addressed this with our IT department. I hope this didn't impact your stay and am delighted to read that you took advantage of the AM coffee and muffins in our lobby - as well as the nearby breakfast offerings. I'm thrilled you enjoyed dinner at The Bristol Lounge as well and have shared your kudos with our culinary team. I appreciate your comments and assure you our team places a tremendous value on guest feedback. We hope to have the chance to create a flawless stay for you upon your next Boston visit.

We love to travel and look for excellent customer service. Unfortunately we've come up short on both counts so many times. As a family with young children, we have stayed at many types of hotel and tried a variety of combinations. Our stay at the Four Seasons Boston was exceptional. Service and personal attention are beyond compare and the location is perfect, right across from Boston Common. Highly recommend staying here if you are willing to pay more but looking to be rewarded with the best service you will find anywhere.

My three sons and I stayed only one night but it was a highlight of our summer. This was our first trip to Boston and we were on our way to visit friends in Cohassett. Our room was so nice that after weeks of traveling and visiting friends and family across the US, the boys opted to order room service and watch a movie rather than go out. Our meal was delicious as were the warm chocolate chip cookies for dessert. We dined in front of our huge windows overlooking the Public Garden and watching the sky turn dark and the street lamps illuminate at dusk was quite special. Our stay at the Four Seasons provided a positive first impression of Boston that only increased as we toured the City and a few colleges. Selfishly, I hope one of my boys chooses to study in Boston so I can stay at the Four Seasons when we visit.

Room Tip: Our view overlooked the gardens and it was spectacular.

Thank you for your wonderful review. We’re honored that you chose to spend a summer evening at our Boston hotel. Your dinner sounds magical - and we always love a meal that ends with homemade chocolate chip cookies from our Pastry Shop. We'll cross our fingers as well that one of your sons chooses to join us in "America's college town," and we look forward to welcoming you back with open arms.

Everything about the Four Seasons Boston is top notch. From the moment you arrive, guests feel welcome and appreciated by staff at every level from front desk to room attendants to management executives. The accommodations are beautiful, and the location couldn't be better. The food and amenities are of the highest quality. The fitness center was bright, clean and had first rate equipment. I look forward to staying there again.
