The Four Seasons is a really good hotel with so many things right next to it, like Boston Common, Public Garden, AMC Loews Cinema, Prudential Center and many more. The service was really good. I lost my iPod the first day we moved in, and they found it in around 30 mins. Haven't tried the restaurants, so I dont know about them.

If you are going to Boston, do stay at this hotel, its amazing!

Room Tip: Try to get the garden view rooms, but the city view is also nice.

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend and had an excellent stay. The room we had [Executive suite] was odd as the bathroom and the bedroom were seperated and at the back of the layout. The location can't be beat and the service the usual amazing Four Season 5 star level. Would stay again.

Room Tip: The location cannot be beat.

The Boston Four Seasons is a destination in and of itself. The hotel caters not only to professionals but also to families. The location is fantastic since it is across the street from the park and right off of Newbury. When we arrived, the kids were delighted to find an ice cream stand scooping unique flavors and fun toppings. My children commented that it was the best ice cream that they have ever tasted. In the morning, we headed upstairs to the pool overlooking the park for a swim and wonderful coffee while watching a rain storm. As a regular of this hotel franchise, I have come to expect the amazing espresso machine in the lobby in the mornings. Boston does not disappoint. And to top it off, we hit the Sundaes on Saturday. Yes, a sundae bar inside of the restaurant serving crepes, sundaes, desserts of all kinds and some of the best adult concoctions as well. We even tried to lose one of my children's jackets...but the lady scooping ice cream found us later in the day to deliver it to us. Kudos all around. Even with high expectations, this hotel does NOT disappoint.

Every year my husband and I spend our anniversary night in Boston. For the past several years we have stayed at the Mandarin. Given that we have never had any reason to complain about our experiences there, I was hesitant about booking elsewhere as I believe very strongly in brand loyalty. However this year there was a significant price differential between the two hotels for whatever reason. So we decided to try out the Four Seasons.

From the first moment that we arrived, the entire staff made our visit truly exceptional. Note that we were coming in for just one night, on a discounted rate, and we were completely unknown entities to the hotel (I believe I stayed there once about 15 years ago) - nevertheless the concierge must have noted from our dinner reservations at a nearby restaurant that we were celebrating our anniversary. We were greeted with an amazing room upgrade, champagne and strawberries and a handwritten note of congratulations from the GM.

When there was a small problem with the original suite we were assigned (how can people be so disrespectful as to fill a lovely hotel room with smoke?) we explained and thanked them for the kind upgrade but said we would be absolutely fine in a regular room. So what did they do? They sent us to an even larger suite, and had the manager touch base with us to ensure that we were comfortable. Throughout our brief stay we were greeted by everyone by name and with a "Happy Anniversary." Before we left the next morning we enjoyed the beautiful views from the pool with an early morning swim, and had a wonderful breakfast at The Bristol Lounge - one of the most elegant yet relaxing brunches we've had in the city.

As many have noted before me, I think that the difference with the Four Seasons as compared to the other top tier hotels in Boston is that although the service is absolutely extraordinary, it is also very sincere and does not feel in any way forced. Although you are - frankly - being pampered beyond belief, the service is seemingly effortless by the staff and they are very genuine and warm in their care. Our stay was extraordinary in every way and we will be back.

Room Tip: The views of the Common are outstanding.

Happy belated anniversary wishes. We're honored that you selected our Boston hotel as a place to celebrate this milestone and are glad that the small touches we provided made for a memorable night. We believe all celebrations should be kicked off with some bubbly (very fitting!) and are delighted that you enjoyed a swim in our 8th floor pool as well as a delicious breakfast at The Bristol Lounge. We hope to welcome you back for future celebrations - and from all of us at Four Seasons Boston, we thank you for this wonderful review.

From the moment you pull up to the moment you leave the service is EXCELLENT. The staff are formal but friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much troblue for them. Booking in was a pleasure, my daughter still has the soft toy she received whilst checking in. The bar and restaurant are teriffic. everything about this place was top notch.

The room was really good, great linen, soft pillows, plush robes and slippers huge TV wonful bathroom....even a lense cloth was provided for my specs!!! ... Great location within walking distance of everything and overlooking the park.

I know that the Four Seasons is not cheap but it really is worth the extra. BOOK THIS HOTEL IF VISITING BOSTON.

Recently stayed at the Four Seasons Boston for pleasure. Our children usually spend their summers in camps or academic programs near Boston, so my husband and I love to relax and walk around lovely Boston before the summer pick-up! We bought the Stay for 3 nights and One is Free Package, which allowed us to book a very spacious one bedroom suite. What a treat staying at the Four Seasons! Last year we had stayed at the Taj and although it was a beautiful experience, we didn't find staff as friendly and professional as in the Four Seasons. The Four Seasons Boston made us feel special and spoiled since the moment we checked-in. Rooms were just what we expected, but service was better than we expected. Staying at a 5 Star hotel doesn't always guarantee a 5 Star service! Housekeeping was perfect, food was delicious, and A++++ for location and ambiance! Simply cross the street into the Boston Commons...walk up Beacon Hill... or simply walk to your left into Newbury Street or Boylson until you hit Copley Square. We went to a very nice restaurant for dinner one night, and a courtesy car with chauffeur was provided without even requesting it! Of course there are beautiful luxury hotels in Boston...it is such a great city! But everyone should know that the Four Seasons is DEFINITELY one of them.

In addition to being a wonderful hotel, the location is tremendous for exploring Boston. Almost at the start of the Freedom Trail, across from the Public Garden and an easy walk to Newbury Street. The service was top-notch too.
