“5 Star Expereince! Absolutely Perfect!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 20, 2013

I got married here last weekend and I and my wife's family stayed for two nights and had an incredible time. Upon our arrival we were upgraded to a corner suite because of our wedding. I explained to Tom at the front desk that we appreciated the gesture but actually preferred the Harborview Deluxe and he was very quick to accommodate us. The room was beautiful and the furnishings top notch. The Staff from the Concierge to the room keeping are all so helpful and deligent about the work they do. One morning the lady came to clean and she was there for over an hour making sure everything was perfect and the room wasn't even dirty.

The hotel is located directly on the water. I am Massachusetts born and raised and have taken my boat to Boston Harbor on several occasions and the view from this hotel, in my opinion, is the best in Boston. The service, furnishings, and food at this property are 5 stars all the way. The health club and spa are beautiful and worth a visit. If you are arriving to (BOS) Logan Airport there is a water taxi that will bring you across the harbor and right to the hotel for less $7-$10 pp. It's much cheaper than a taxi and what better way to begin your vacation and end it than with a boat ride.

The location is excellent. The Boston Aquarium is a 3 min walk away as well as the world famous Faneuil Hall. Faneuil Hall has wonderful shopping and a food court with foods from all over the world. Both are worth a visit. Also Boston's North End is only a 5 min walk down Atlantic Avenue. This is Boston's version of Little Italy and boasts some of the most delicious authentic handmade pasta and Italian dishes the area has to offer. Please stop at Mike's Pastry on Hanover Street, the main drag of the North End. The line may be long but the canoli's and pastry’s are well worth the wait!

This hotel is located in a central area, within walking distance to many attractions including the Boston Commons. If you are looking to indulge yourself and pamper in pure luxury then this is the place for you. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask as I often do so myself. If you found my review helpful please vote for me as well. Thanks and enjoy your stay!

Room Tip: Get a room with a Harbor View and in my opinion the Corner Suites are not as nice as the Harbor View...

A 6-star staff awaits your arrival. Great valet service, beautiful structure and right on the harbor. The restaurants are great, especially Meritage - an eating experience. Concierges are particularly helpful, with great suggestions and directions. First rate; best service in any hotel we have visited in the area - or anywhere else.

Room Tip: Overlooking the harbour and the airport is wonderful. All the rooms are beautifully appointed.

Nice location - can walk to the start of the freedom trail, the aquarium is really close and there's a t-stop only 500yards or so away. There are some nice touches such as cookies and milk for the kids. Rooms are a decent size. Breakfast is expensive. If not on expenses, you might just want to go across the road to panera bread.

This was our first trip to Boston, and what a great place to stay to experience the city. We had a room overlooking Boston Harbor - and what a great view it was! From the moment we checked into the hotel, until the moment we checked out, everything was first rate - especially the service! We arrived a little before check-in, so we headed over to the bar where we met Fred, the Bartender. Fred was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us so many suggestions of places to go - and they were all great! We made sure that we checked in with Fred after our excursions to let him know how much fun we had - what a great guy! We also ate at The Warf and had great service from Zak - also extremely friendly and knowledgeable. And, the doorman, Don - what a great guy!!! We had the best service from everyone at the hotel. It felt like everyone went over and above to make sure that we felt special! I would highly recommend this hotel!!!

Room Tip: Ask for a view of The Boston Harbor - floors 8 and above are great for the view!

Been to this luxurious hotel twice in two years and it gets more impressive each time. Also had the opportunity to stay in the same eleventh floor room overlooking Boston Harbor and, after staying at many hotels in Boston, I can say unequivocally that room is my favorite hotel room in the entire city. The view, the customer service, the amenities -- everything has been perfect both times.

My 3rd or 4th stay here for business. Consistently excellent service from check in, front door help and guidance, and outdoor patio restaurant. Gym also nice size for a hotel. Room service was timely and professional.

Nice sized rooms always. And a great central location for getting to Little Italy restaurants.
