This property/location is fairly new; rooms are spacious and quiet. Quick check-in and friendly housekeeping staff. Just a few minutes via (free) shuttle from Logan Airport, and a 10 minute safe walk to the Blue Line - Orient Station subway to downtown Boston; about a 20 minute ride. If you decide to drive and/or have a rental, there’s plenty of onsite parking. As well, breakfast was excellent – cook to order and they offer dinner service in the evening. One staff member was exceptional, Dena D. She displayed the utmost professionalism and superior customer service. We felt at home; part of the Hilton family. It’s people like Dena, that makes us want to come back to this property and Boston overall. Thank you again, Dena and we hope to see you again soon!

I had to fly out of Logan to catch an early flight to Dallas and rather than driving from Rhode Island and park at the airport for 3 days, I decided to spend the night and take the shuttle they provide the next morning. I'm glad I did because it was an excellent experience all around. The layout of the hotel really caught my eye, and the cleanliness and space were truly welcoming. Had a great dinner the night before my flight and was able to relax before a grueling few days away. Customer service was terrific in all aspects. The shuttle the next morning was prompt and very easy. I was at the terminal in 10 minutes and was glad I didn't have to deal with traffic.Upon my return, all was needed was a quick call to say I needed to be picked up and the shuttle was there in about 10 minutes. Those looking to park and fly at logan should look into this alternative, as I found it to be cheaper since the parking was free. Great rates and a great stay. A nice combination.
