If you like the "waterfront" this is a terrific hotel---check in was fast and got a nice room overlooking the water-------suggest a high floor--- a lot of restaurants within a block the hotel---we will return----

We stayed here for a one week conference , got upgraded and special conference rates so in comparisom with many other top hotels in Boston we got a great deal. It is situated in a newly developed part of Boston on the waterfront that is just great , especially if you don't want to drive . You can walk to the Centre easily.

I stayed at this hotel for a week long convention and it was great! The wifi worked perfect all over the hotel, the indoor pool is fantastic to swim a few laps, the gym is also very nice! Also the location is excellent if you are attending the convention center plus the train station is within walking distance.

We stayed there while attending a conference at the World Trade Center, so the location was perfect. The room was large and the housekeeping staff excellent. Bed extremely comfortable and bathroom large. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and our waitress Bernadette remembered us every morning, gave us tips on sightseeing, and generally made the whole stay seem special. The hotel wireless is not free but it is much faster and more reliable than most hotel wireless. The only problem is that we could hear people talking, noise from the street, plumbing from other rooms, so it was good that we had our white noise machine along. We will definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront hotel for a business conference at the convention center and had a great experience. While I've been to Boston many times I have never stayed at the waterfront and wasn't thrilled about the location compared to Back Bay and Copley, but my experience at the Renaissance made the location worth while.
The hotel looks very new and modern, extremely clean lobby, restaurant and bar area. Check-in was quick and the staff took my Marriott rewards card immediately and were very helpful about places to go in the surrounding area. The room was spotless and a good size, the bed and pillows very comfortable...housekeeping was prompt and thorough.
While the waterfront is a little further than I would normally stay the area seems very up and coming with beautiful restaurants, bars and markets right there - and a block away from the Renaissance. The hotel is not far from the silver line on the T, buses are close, South Station is about a 15 minute walk and Logan is right across the water.
Consider the Renaissance Boston Waterfront hotel for your next visit -- you will not be disappointed!

We stayed at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront the week of July 4th. It is very convenient because the Silver Line transit authority bus from the airport stops a 1/2 block from the back of the hotel, and it's quick. And it's easy to take this into the city for all your siteseeing. Very nice, newer hotel. Great location for foodies as there are a couple of terrific restaurants nearby, and an ice cream shop in the park across the street. The have very knowledgable concierges (they have a different name for them) right in the middle of the lobby to help with all your questions to get you started on where to go and what to do. It's a little farther from the action than the big downtown hotels, but you save on the rate, and getting to the subway line is easy. You're a block from the waterfront, with restaurants, etc. There's a great breakfast place around the corner that does take out. And a 7-11 and Duncan Donuts down the street. We could see the Roseway Schooner in the harbor from our room, which we toured on that night to watch the fireworks. Check them out, it's in town during the summer, and the crew will answer all your questions.

Room Tip: We had a water view room, which was pretty cool.

I had the pleasure of spending time at one of Marriott's elite hotels and I must say I was not desappointed with my stay. The hotel is beautiful and located around some great restaurants. The bedding at this hotel was one the most comfortable ones I have stayed. If there is down side to this hotel I would say it's the price of things like: Parking was $42.00 a day and the internet access in the room was another $12.95 If you stay for a week, it get to be expensive. The bar at the Hotel was very lively but the Hotel staff could stand to smile a litle at the frontdesk. I will stay there again if im ever in Boston again.
