“Around and around you go, and get off where you want!!!”

We tried this convenient way to see a lot of Boston, and it takes about an hour or so to go around the loop. The best part of our senior ticket was the free second day to do it all over again and we chose the free harbor cruise option. You can get on and off at 16 planned stops, all day long. We went to the farther out stops to explore the USS Constitution area and Bunker Hill Monument ( unfortunately both were closed due to the government shut down) but we muddled thru and had a great experience anyway. In the south west part of town we went to the Prudential Center for the Skywalk Observatory. We really enjoyed the Old Town Trolley Tours experience and they did a great job. The driver guides had a pretty uniform patter for each stop and the second day we knew what they were going to say, but we still laughed at the jokes, and they had wonderful individual personalities.

“Fantastic tour of Beantown”
Reviewed November 4, 2013

We used Old Town Trolley for our tour of historic Boston. Our driver Giovanni was informative and very personable. The easy on/off for stops or just ride the entire route was great. We used 1 day to see the whole tour and next day we made several stops of certain things to see. Everyone was kind and helpful. Thank you

“Great way to catch the highlights!”
Reviewed November 4, 2013

I only had about 7 hours to take in as much of Boston as I could. This was a great way to do it! I spent part of the time with Christian and part with Crackerjack (I hopped off for a little while) and both were fantastic!

“Always a good way to get to know the city”
Reviewed November 3, 2013

I did the Trolley tour about 20 years ago and this time did it with my teenage daughter. it is a great way to get your orientation right for the city of Boston. What makes it fun is the personality of the drivers. They do vary!! Some are not so good but that is the chance you take and you can always get off at a stop and wait for the next. We stayed on for the whole journey and then started walking around the city looking for our favourite spots. You do get a sense too of the historical importance of Boston. My advice is to stay on the Trolley for the length of the whole journey and then walk the city. It is manageable. We booked our tickets with the hotel concierge which meant that we got access to the Boston Tea Party Museum and the 45 minute cruise in the harbour included in the price.

“Wonderful way to visit a city.”
Reviewed October 29, 2013

We enjoyed our tour so much. Besides being informative our driver had such a great sense of humor we hated to depart.!!
Boston was a one day cruise stop for us. With limited amount of time the trolley tour was perfect.
We like to stay on the trolley for the entire loop in order to decide where we would like to spend more time.
Great way to visit a city.
