I've been to this places SEVEN times now since I found out about ths place from korean friend i have in boston. I feel like this is only ONE place in Boston worth spending money. if you are in boston, it's hard to stay away. my favorites is their spicy seafood bimbimbab, not to mention their famouse gamjatang (people seems to just order this). but seriously, all of their menu i tried was great. I have had the best RAMEN in this place only at $7.50 (lunch menu). I used to live in new york so i know how to tell good / bad ramem. hanmaru ramen it makes my mouth water. You will always get the side dishes and kimchi which is a good combination with main food. I'd definitely recommend this place!

This is a pretty decent restaurant. Average 10-20, depending on what kind of food you want. I have been there once with my girl friend. We ordered ramen and beef stew, both are cheap and delicous. Will definitely come back.

been there twice now. they took up this huge restaurant space, did almost nothing with it: it's like a big empty warehouse you're meant to eat in (no galbi tables or exhaust pipes). the food is more expensive than all the other korean restaurants in the area, and nowhere near as good. in everything I've had, the gochu-jjang is heavily sugared (perhaps this is just because I'm white, but they may want to rethink that policy). the radish kimchi tasted like they had just cut up the radish fresh and smeared it with pepper paste; no fermentation whasoever. the only really good things here are the real korean steel chopsticks and the serious selection of side dishes that the other local restaurants seem to lack. very disappointing. try Color a few doors down for better food at a cheaper price.
