I stayed here for my birthday. It was one of the most luxurious rooms I have stayed in. Clean- modern and comfortable. My only issue was- that the maids entered twice while we were napping. The do not disturb sign was up- but I did not latch the security latch. The parking is expensive- but the place is gorgeous.

When you first arrive by car, you are greeted by valet. The bags are removed by bellhop and you go right inside to check in. The lobby is impressive and the people at the desk greet you with a smile. Our room was very comfortable with plenty of amenities. There are three restaurants in the hotel with outdoor seating. The food and drinks are great. Breakfast, we sat outside, and service was tops along with the food. We had a nice weekend weather which allowed us to sit outside at night for a few dinks and people watch along Harbor Walk. The bed let you sleep like a baby.

Room Tip: The harbor side rooms are the ones to ask with view and quieter.

Start to finish - a great experience. After a long day and a very tough commute we arrived at the hotel where we were immediately greeted by a friendly and helpful valet. Once inside, Deborah at the front desk was exceptionally pleasant and kind to us - immediately sensing our stressful afternoon, she quickly took care of us and started our stay off on a great note. We settled ourselves in our room - which was perfect - and then had drinks and appetizers at RumBa. Our server was friendly and attentive and our experience positive. The location was terrific for walking around with easy access to the waterfront and Quincy market/Faneuil Hall. We enjoyed everything about our experience here and look forward to our next stay.

... with everything to feel yourself at home.

Very nice rooms with all the facilities you need to have a good stay wile having a most busy business schedule.

Even if you have the time, a swim in the spa is just marvellous. Everything is done so that you just can walk in, put on your swimsuit and you're ready for it.

Room Tip: Where the hotel is great, you can better get your breakfast elsewhere. Ask for a room at the harbou...

Wow, what a view! We stayed on the 11th floor with exquisite views overlooking the Boston Harbor. At night, the city lit up right before our eyes. Our room was beautiful with every corner offering personal touches. The nightly turn down was one of my favorites, with a robe layed out on the bed and sweet chocolates on the pillow.
While running late for our bus tour in the morning, we were able to stop by one of the many restaurants in the hotel for 2 quick coffee's to go.
The concierge was also very helpful and accommodating, providing us with maps and directions throughout our stay.
I hope to visit Boston again and this will be the only place I will stay!

We stayed in a corner suite on the 5th floor that was great for two adults and two kids. They had a fruit basket in the room when we arrived which was nice and the kids immediately started chowing down on it. The room was large enough for 2 rollaways in the sitting area and had a big table that the kids used to color on when we were in the room. This hotel is right around the corner from the children's museum and about a 10 minute walk from the aquarium and a 15-20 min walk to the north end for some italian food. If you're traveling with small kids this place definitely makes it easy to get around and minimizes the walking to a lot of the child friendly destinations.
