“Great early dinner! Or anytime. Holy tuna! The meal was fantastic.”
Reviewed January 20, 2013 via mobile

First saw this place listed as a top Boston restaurant then my local contact also suggested it having enjoyed meals there before. Sam took care of us while dining shortly after 6 pm on a weeknight. Sam was friendly and efficient. At that time we didn't have a problem finding a seat at the bar.
The Yellowfin tuna tartar was outstanding. I could make a meal out of it.

“Dynamite Tapas Bar with Great Service”
Reviewed January 19, 2013

Great menu, friendly bartenders and you knew the place was great when you passed and it was packed on a weeknight. Menu has something for everybody. Be adventurous because there is a lot to choose from.

“Exquisite meal”
Reviewed January 13, 2013

This place was AMAZING. If you have any sort of love for Tapas or food in general, you need to go here.

We had the smoked duck, pork belly, corn and steak. They were all out of this world. Make sure you are ready to wait a while for a seat or don't mind eating at the bar. Worth the wait :)

“Without doubt the best food of our trip”
Reviewed January 9, 2013

Coming from Edinburgh we are spoilt for culinary bolt holes and fortunate to have top class restaurants on our door step, however, Toro was unsurpassed on our trip to the East Coast, and was probably our favourite dining experience of 2012. Highly recommended.

“Surprisingly wounderful”
Reviewed December 30, 2012

The food at Toro explodes with flavor. Even the most menial dishes there are made to be something beyond wonderful. Only downfall of the restaurant is the lack of a Reservation system.
