“A fabulous Coign of Vantage....”
Reviewed June 4, 2013

For young, old, Bostonians and visitors, this is the BEST place to go AFTER you have been in the city a few days to pull it all together to orient yourself. In the process, there are interactive clips, films, displays focussing on the History of Boston and its evolution historically and culturally to its present state. As a Bostonian, I ALWAYS bring or urge visitors to spend a good hour there just to look at Boston Harbor and all of its islands, look at the planes taking off from Logan Airport, and over to Cambridge--M.I.T. and Cambridge. The red-bricked town of Boston and colonial streets remind the visitor that Boston is human-sized and approachable!

I've been in many observatories in almost every city I've visited but this one is definitely in top 2 of all time (the other one being Empire State Building:)
We stayed there for hours! Just amazing....

“Eat here.”
Reviewed May 28, 2013

We were staying in the Sheraton so we were beside the skywalk. One of the staff at the hotel told us about the restaurant and about their fixed price dinners on some evenings. We booked a beautiful dinner one evening and watched the sun set over Boston and the city lights come on. We also discovered that there is a bar across from the dining room where they serve lovely bar meals and you get the same view which is breathtaking. The only thing about the bar is that tables cannot be booked, but people we spoke to said that they had no problems getting a table in the bar. Definitley worth doing.

“Lovely Views”
Reviewed May 28, 2013 via mobile

Had great views from the skywalk, and it was a clear day so you could see for miles. Howver there was no picture guides letting you know what you were seeing, so I didnt really know what I was looking at.
I also thought it was expensive for what it was, although we did enjoy it.

“More than the best view of Boston, Skywalk provides the most comprehensive history of the city.”
Reviewed May 12, 2013 via mobile

Perched atop Boston's second tallest building, the Prudential Center, the Skywalk Museum provides the best view and perspective of this landmark City. The tour includes headsets that deliver a comprehensive history of all of Boston's unique neighborhoods. It describes much more than history. It shares the story of the city's unique neighborhoods. The narration is available in French and Japanese. I wish they offered more language options. Open till 10 o'clock during the spring and summer. The 360 degree view and narration is well worth the $15 ticket price. Before you explore Boston's many neighborhoods by foot, make sure to enjoy this birds eye view.
