The Westin is a well placed hotel for a number of attractions and places to visit, such as the harbour walk, the South station (train), Chinatown and numerous others. It is clean, very spacious, and has a decent gym and pool, although we didn't use either. Starbucks is handy for coffee or breakfast.
Our room was sizeable, plenty of room for the two of us, and as the other reviews have pointed out, the bed is heavenly. No trouble sleeping here! The one downside to the room is the inability to open the window to let some fresh air in, rather than have the air con on permanently. Left us feeling rather dehydrated.
We didn't eat in the hotel only because we were out and about each of the four days we were there, and ate out before returning from our exploits. We tried a drink in the bar attached to the hotel (M J O'Connors), which was quite reasonable.
All in all, a very nice hotelMore
