Superbly appointed room in this handsome 5star hotel. No complaints, with the recognition that you do need to take taxis if you want to get to any of the historic areas downtown.

Stayed over on Saturday night as we were booked on a Sunset Cruise...and had a concert on Sunday. We are big fans of the revitalized Waterfront area, so being a bit removed from the city was fine with us. We were able to walk to dinner...and breakfast the next day...and down to see the Tall Ships...which were even visible from our room! The best part, though, was the BED. It was SO, SO comfortable!!! The shower is listed is heavenly, and it was quite nice, also. The room was large, and clean. However, the shower grout could have used a scrub. Also, our room was a LONG walk from the elevator. And the on site parking was over $30/day. Because we arrived late on Saturday, we were able to use a nearby meter, and paid less than $2 for the weekend!

Room Tip: If walking is an issue, ask to be situated closer to the elevator. Not a big issue for us, but it r...

Great hotel!
The room was really spacious (maybe because it was a "room for impaired person"), bed as usual at Westin: great!
People were very helpfull... Only drawback is the distance to the city center... Good spot for a convention since it's attached to the brand new conference center!

Room Tip: You should go to the irish oub rather to the central bar for a drink! I would be faster served and f...

Stayed here for 3 days and had no complaints - the room size is fine, the room service quick and overall pretty good, the staff friendly and helpful. The location is not central BUT the next train station is across the street, the tour bus stops right in front of the hotel, the Convention center is next door, and the airport shuttle leaves across the street as well (Silver line bus).
From here you can walk to many places, if the weather permits. Also, dining options are close-by or can be reached in a short time.

I stayed at the hotel back in Feb 2008 for about 3 nights. Overall the experience was good and this is an appropriate hotel for a business traveler. Its a little far from the city but close to the airport.

We stayed here for two nights while in Boston. One can walk across the bridge and find restaurants or dine at one of those in the hotel. The Super Shuttle and other Boston tours make regular stops here so it's easy to come and go while staying at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and afford an excellent view of the city. Parking is below the hotel in the underground garage.

stayed here for 4 nights for a business trip. Facilities were clean and modern. Staff was pleasant. Ate at the bar, restaurants, and room service with no complaints. Gym was clean and well equipped. My only complaint would be location. It seemed hard to get around if you were a tourist there to site see.
