We were very excited about this place only to be disappointed.
On arrival to Boston we went in and booked a table for the following evening. When we got there they hadn't allocated us a table by the window (it's the 52nd floor with amazing views this is why we came), despite tables being free they wouldn't move us (they have a queue of people waiting for those tables who get priority over bookings - something we weren't told). This is a 4 star restaurant with a price tag to match so once seated I expect impeccable service and very good food, both were decidedly average (the former due to lack of staff).
The only shining light was our sever 'Noosh', a lovely girl working very hard to serve too many tables per person, in my opinion. Everything felt rushed, Noosh served us as well as she could but was constantly moving off as she asked us a question as she had too many tables to check on. Other staff members such as those bringing food to your table were unfriendly which dampened the atmosphere. The views were amazing you cant deny that but overall this place was an expensive disappointment.
