“Great place to see it all...”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 21, 2013

The views from the observation deck were amazing, but I think $15 per person was a little steep. The audio tour was just ok but there were some informative educational areas that are good for the kids. Someone else had said it would be cheaper to go all the way up to the bar on the top floor and have a drink and see it all rather than pay admission for the observation deck. We looked into that, but the drink menu began at $13 per drink and you didn't have the freedom to wander around take pics without disturbing other patrons, so we just went ahead and paid the admission so that I could enjoy it without worrying about offending anyone. Overall, I'm glad that we did it because I got a lot of beautiful pictures!

“Great way to start”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 19, 2013

This was one of the first things we did and it was great for getting a good lay of the land. First, you get a good overall perspective of Boston and the views were fantastic. Second, you get a little hand held contraption that you can use to give you information about the different neighborhoods and various other landmarks. There were also other displays to view and an interesting video. You can go at your own pace and take as much or as little time as you want, but 1 to 2 hours is a good estimate.

“Great view ... but not free”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 18, 2013

Page says 'free' but they charge $11 each for the elevator ride up there. Worth it, but you remain indoors all the time, there is no open deck to feel the breeze in your hair. Great views of the city. We did this last, and realised just how far we had walked for the previous 3 days.

“Loved it up there”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 12, 2013 via mobile

It is really the best way to see Boston. Even if you spend days walking through the streets of this beautiful city, the observatory up at the Prudential is exceptional. Only there you can see the real beauty of the city. You can admire the unique architecture of specific neighbourhoods, you can see Logan airport and airplans landing and taking off and many other things. It is a must do.

“Went for Lunch”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 11, 2013

We were in transit at Logan but decided to just take the train to prudential for lunch. I had reviewed the shopping center earlier and it is a really nice shopping center. However, unfortunately, the lunch we had was not that good. The food took quite some time to come, however it was quite tasty. Unfortunately, when we asked for an iced tea, we got an unsweetened version which was not that tasty. Other than that Prudential is definitely a must visit, at least the shopping area.
