“Great for a bite”
Reviewed December 15, 2012

If you're in the area, and just want a quick bite and a beer- this is a good choice. Across from The Prudential Shopping Mall, amidst a lovely part of the city. It's pretty good bar food, and there is a large drink selection to choose from.

“Better than expected brunch”
Reviewed December 9, 2012

I was a bit weary of trying the brunch at this place after reading some of the reviews, however, we were pleasantly surprised. We ended up at this place because of the 4 bars in a row, only this place was open before 11am on weekends. I'd imagine if you were truly recovering from a hangover, this place would make you even more queasy first thing in the morning because it is truly over the top - even without the added Christmas decorations. The service was good, with prompt refills on coffee. We ended up going there on both Saturday and Sunday and on both days I had an omelette that was very good, filled with real mushrooms and onions, and good chunks of ham, and not skimpy on the cheese. My partner had steak tips and eggs on the first day and a Cajun take on the eggs benedict on Sunday and enjoyed both of them.

“A hangover and a prayer...”

...were answered at the Pour House. Awesome brunch. Tends to be busy but worth the wait. Bar is eh, have some weird tiki bar downstairs that floods with college kids, but overall AOK.

“Bottom of the barrel”
Reviewed November 20, 2012

Found this place for breakfast and seriously wish we hadn't! Shocking! Omelette with third or fourth time fried potatoes, still feeling the effects! Maybe later in the day is better but recommendation for breakfast: -5 out of ten. Avoid.
