Hard to believe people line up at dunkin donuts when grass roots cafe has great coffee at better price served by friendly owners who get to know you. In their tiny space they have an incredible amount of pastry, they make breakfast and other sandwiches. Their mother gave out lovely baked sweets free to customers at Christmas. You can get a latte or cappacinno. The variety amazes me. Arch st is not only entrance. You can come in from summer st or up the golden escalator by the T office at downtown crossing. No need to go out in bad weather. There are tables there in the atrium if you want to relax there.
