These other reviews are probably people who just walked by. The front door is a bit imposing being a giant green industrial door, but the pub is great. Nothing but locals and a diner/pub feel. The fried chicken is always excellent and a steal for the price. Same with the giant steaks and lasagna portion. Don't get the other italian options. Definitely best clam chowder I've had in New England. They usually only have one or two servers so sometimes a little hectic but in a charming way.
