“High quality fresh ingredients, fast service.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 12, 2013

You can't beat Piperi for an unforgettable quick lunch. The Gozi bread wraps are delicious. The Gozi bread has a unique flavor and texture that holds up well against the ingredients it contains. I have been ordering the Chicken Gozi as it appears on the menu (with middle eastern pickled vegatables and feta cheese etc.) along with the small Falafel and Tahini plate. The Falafel is crisp and light with all of the subtle flavors you would hope for. I have made Piperi a regular lunch stop when I am in this part of town. They get you in and out with the efficiency you would expect from a Panera Bread or Au Bon Pan with a much more creative and imaginative menu.

“The Piperi Food”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 12, 2013

Are you longing for the Mediterranean food other than Pizza and other foods from the region.

Try this ambitious experiment of catering Mediterranean food in Boston. The food is absolutely exquisite - salads, bread, hummus - take any...you will think about the food even days after your meal. It's like watching a great movie or reading a wonderful book. The experience lingers on, and that I call a real dining experience. Piperi will give you that sort of experience - guaranteed!

I congratulate Mr. Oliveri on his experiment and his gift to Bostonians and visitors to this great city.

“Fresh, inexpensive, healthy lunches in Government Center”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 1, 2013

This Government Center lunch spot is brand new but should do well. It's eastern-Mediterranean cuisine with a little Morocco thrown in. The service is fast and cheerful, the choices are easy, the food is all fresh, made-same-day, and it's reasonably priced. Choose a wrap, a salad, or a "mezze plate", choose falafel, chicken, beef, or mixed grilled vegetables, then pick four toppings. The red cabbage is delicious, the tomato-radish slaw is tasty, the carrot slaw is gingery. I picked the beef, which was great: a little rare, a little spicy. My sister had the chicken, also a little spicy, and moist. Next time, I'll try the falafel. This is super-healthy food—what "fast food" ought to be!

“This place is really going to take off!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 4, 2013

Unbelievable experience overall. Exceptional fresh food. Incredibly flavorful and different. I've been eating the same old things for lunch for years, and when I walked into Piperi I knew i was in for something unique. The Gozi sandwich is their own invention, and it's phenomenal! Flatbread rolled and made fresh there several times a day, filled with all sorts of tasty grilled meets and fresh toppings. and without question the best falafel I've every had anywhere. If you're up for something different, fresher, better, easier, you name it, you HAVE to try Piperi TODAY!!!!
