We have been wanting to try Rino's since seeing it on Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives, and finally made it there last night. It was well worth the wait! Literally - even arriving at 5:30 p.m. on a Tuesday, we waited over 90 min for a table. But we were prepared, and the food and service made it worthwhile. My son pronounced his lobster ravioli the best dish he'd ever had, and my (vegetarian) daughter and I both loved the pumpkin ravioli appetizer we shared and the gnocci pasta course. My husband's asparagus/goat cheese/balsamic appetizer was amazing. The Italian bread and salads that preceded the meal were average at best, but we weren't there for those.
The restaurant is small (seats about 45), hence the typical 1- to 2-hour waits. It is also quite loud, esp if there's a large party (there were 2 last night). But the wait staff and regular patrons create a friendly, upbeat vibe that complements the outstanding food. We will go there again.
