The half hour wait to get seated in the limited space was worth it. The Monkfish Marsala was fresh and tender, and both the Agio Olio and Squid Ink Pasta were perfect. The staff were knowledgeable and efficient in serving the patrons, but without a sense of rushing.

The bartenders were very friendly and we had great oysters for appetizers. But the restaurant was not very clean, and the food was only slightly above average. Will try a different place next time.

It was the open air location, right on the water. Really good seafood. Great clams and calamari. Nice variety on the menu. Really fresh fish of all kinds.

The daily catch was the best fish restaurant I've visited in Boston. I visited the the Seaport location, not the North End one. All we ordered was exquisite, and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend and will for sure come back in the future.

First the establishment:
This is an extremely small place. It seemed to only have seating for only about 25 people or so. We saw several groups of 5 that had to wait a while to get seated. We were a party of 2 and were asked to share our table. Might want to consider another place if you have a group larger than 4. Also it was a warm evening, with the kitchen in the seating area it was extremely warm. Might want to consider only going when the weather is cool.

The food:
I had the swordfish with a sundried tomato reduction - EXCELLENT. $25 Came with a salad or a simple pasta dish. I had the pasta. Very good. My wife had the pasta primavera. Large portion $16

Overall - We really enjoyed the food. Excellent service - good value.
