“Best... Lasagna... Ever”
Reviewed January 4, 2009

We went here on the suggestion of our cab driver, and we loved it. The lasagna was spectacular, and my wife loved her lobster ravioli. It wasn't that expensive either... for 3 people ordering entrees and splitting a bottle of wine it was about 100 bucks including tip. I can't wait to go back.

“Good food, no mouse droppings!”
Reviewed October 7, 2007

Ate here in Sep 2007. Had to wait in line as it was Sat evening but was worth the wait. I had mussels in wine sauce for appetizer and for the entree the sea bass was to die for. My husband had crab chowder and veal and sausage pasta. Both meals were very enjoyable, the service was good and we felt that the prices were reasonable. No sign of mouse droppings. We would recommend this restaurant.

“I would think twice...”
Reviewed November 12, 2006

I went to this North End Restaurant and was seated on the lower level of the restaurant. We immediately noticed the table had mouse droppings on it, and requested to be moved. The hostess moved us to a second table, and it seemed to be ok. Once we got settled in, the server dropped off some bread. We went to pick up the oil jar on the table, and there were mouse droppings all around the dish which the oil sat on. We immediately stood up and went up stairs to inform the hostess we were leaving and would not be back. We asked to speak to a manager, who was seated at the bar drinking a glass of wine. We simply walked out.

There are a lot of great restaurants in the North End. This place is very dirty, unorganized, and lacks professional management. I would make this truly the very last resort!
