This restaurant had good on line reviews so we decided to check it out for ourselves. Authentic good food, but if you are watching your calories fuggedaboutit. The ambience is nice. Waitstaff were great, very attentive. We went on a 90+ degree hot humid late Summer evening, no AC. Got seated in a corner table with no air circulation, very cramped boxed in seating. Almost claustrophobic. Probably would have been no big deal if temp was in low 70s and a small infant wasn't 1.5 feet from my elbow. Cash only business and they do not take reservations so show up early or expect to stand outside in a line for a long time. I'm glad we tried it but we probably won't be rushing back next time we stay in the Long Wharf area.

Their extensive and delicious menu of handmade pastas and veal and seafood was worth the wait.
We waited 45min, the line was long and moved quickly as we went on a Friday night at peak dinner hour. There is expedited service so tables turn over quickly, which may make you feel rushed, but when hungry and eating delicious Italian food then it's great everything comes out quickly!
We had the lobster ravioli, the butternut squash ravioli and the veal Marsala. All were large and amazing dishes. Would definitely recommend!!

We waited over two hours to be seated but it was WELL worth the wait! It is a very small restaurant but the staff is very efficient! The portion sizes are very generous and can be shared! We will definitely go again when we return to Boston! We did one of their specials with homemade pasta, shrimp, and lobster. My husband and I shared the mozzarella, chopped tomato and basil appetizers harvests delicious!!!

We initially ate at the restaurant on the North End. Very small place, line was down the block to get a seat. Well worth the wait. Had the house made fusilli with lobster and shrimp. It is the dish pictured on Tripadvisor with the red sauce and shrimp. It is fantastic. Best pasta with seafood that I have tried. We enjoyed this place enough that we ate at their other location again on our vacation. It is a bigger place, no wait on a weekday. Food just as fantastic. Would definitely stop here again for authentic Italian food.

The wait here was a good 1 1/2hr when we came here the line was wrapped around the corner of the block! The wait staff wasvery attentive and made sure we had enough water and that we were enjoying the food.

Prices r average and the food portion are average as well. I am Italian myself and they hit the seasonings on the mark! Just could have cooked the pasta a little more but the shrimp and scallops were cooked very well.

Would recommend coming hereon a not so busy night the food wasn't bad it just was not worth the 1 1/2hr wait. Also ordered the garlic bread for an appetizer which was soaked in butter and garlic. Soo yummy
