“Good consistent quality”

Good consistent fresh quality with great service. Prices and wine choices are decent. What more could you ask for? I've never had a bad dish at any location.

“good, but could do better.”
Reviewed November 4, 2013

we enjoyed our dinner here as the seafood was excellent but I think the service could be better. On entering the restaurant it's most annoying to find a cluster of staff having a good old chat among themselves and only eventually getting round to showing you to your table. First impressions can be lasting.

“Great fresh seafood.”
Reviewed November 2, 2013

We stayed in Boston for 3 nights and ate in 2 different Legal Seafood Restaurants for the 3 nights. We knew legal Seafoods was good value for money as we had been eating there for over 15 years on trips to Boston. Both were great. We shared a bowl of steaming mussels to start 2 nights and they were delicious...the sauce we mopped up with the warm bread rolls. I had a seafood casserole which had scallops, a whole lobster claw, calamari and prawns in a light tomato based sauce. It was so good I had it twice at both restaurants. Then on the third night I had a seafood pasta which was really delicious...light and full of flavour and prawns. I ate it all which is unusual for me. We also had a started of sashimi tuna which was really yummy and my husband had a main course of 3 fish which was delicious and he cleaned the plate. The wines were very good and not badly priced. The service was kind, efficient and our servers knew all about the menu and could advise us. Excellent value and great places to eat. Would recommend these restaurants no problem at all.

Ate here twice...both excellent!! The staff is friendly and the food is delicious! I was a little leary with it being in a mall setting but was very pleasantly surprised!!
