Had different tapas during our visit and they were great. Service was excellent and friendly. Nice ambiance. We had dinner inside, they have outside tables but due to the nice weather it was very crowded outside and the tables are pretty tight to eachother, which was not the case inside.

We had a group of four with one strict GF diner, and no problem finding enough variety for the group and meeting GF needs (including GF-dishes that didn't involve meat). Gambas al ajillo, patatas bravas, gorditas, costillitas, alcachofas, and a few others: all very good. I rarely get sangria, but Tapeo's was very good: not too sweet (fairly dry, actually), refreshing, and tasty. There are several dining areas: the entrance is below street level, and that's where the bar (full) and one dining room, another dining room upstairs (where we ate, probably the quietest), and outside on Newbury St. Good service, knowledgeable staff. This'll be part of our "places to dine" list on future Boston visits.

This is a good palcase to share with frineds and to sit in the patio in a summer night. The food is good, very nicely prepared (Iknow Spanish food, I have been to Spain). The wine list is extnesive and the prices are reasonable. You can eat a little or a lot, that is the beauty of tapas.

Great spot to sit outside and people watch when the weather is nice. Most of the menu items are small plates, order several at a time, sample and share. Everything I have tried here has been very good but I can especially recommend the garlic shrimp, the potatoes and the short rib. The sangria is quite good too.
