Do you want to have the feeling to be in Italy? you need to go to Maggiano; people are nice, meal are very fresh and you will have enough to eat there and to bring home for the other day; plates are huge for the right price; Definitly, a place before , after a show where it is nice to go.

The food really sucked here. We couldnt finish our meals it was so gross. Like they served Chef Boyardees. We went on a friend's recommendation but hated it. The service was great and we ordered a bottle of wine to wash it down with that wasn't completely unreasonably priced but those are the only good things I can say about it. The rest- blech. Find something else to eat nearby.

We completely stumbled upon this restaurant after watching a show at the Opera House on a Sunday evening. I am sooo thankful we decided to go through the revolving door into this little gem of a restaurant!! The male server that seated us (really wish I could remember his name!!) was so helpful AND hilarious!! He wasn't even our server for the evening, but when we asked what his favorite dishes were, we ordered them...and WOW!! it's been three weeks since we have been there and still can't stop talking about how delicious and fresh they were!! (one dish was rigatoni "D"..and can not remember the other name..but it was chicken with a very thin layer of another meat and a crispy coating!!)
Can not wait to return here!!!!

Mike took great care of us.
My son and I went for lunch, before Blue Man Group. He got us in and out just in time, and he set us straight on the BEST bakery to hit in the North End after the show. Thanks MIke!

I was at the Maggiano's in Boston on the Super Bowl evening in 2013. The match kept locals in doors and hence the good restaurant was less crowded.

The place has very authentic Italian food, very helpfull chef and staff and great variety. But the place is a bit pricey.

The portions served are huge, so order carefully.
