Bery civilized environment with plenty of wood panelling and crisp white table cloths. Good choice of breads and butter as soon as you sit down. Didnt have starters to save room for steaks. We were 6 and each and every one of us enjoyed excellent meat cooked exactly as ordered. Side order of Brussels sprouts and bacon was very undercooked..The french fries were over fried. Couldnt exactly call them golden brown they were more brown than gold. Really dont understand why chefs overcook fries ??? Desert of bread pudding and profiteroles was excellent. Service was also very attentive. The restaurant could be heated more as we were all cold especially when temperature was -5 outside..Having complained about this we were told building was 80 years old and the system was in the process of being renovated. Overall a pleasant experience.
