Was really looking forward to a great meal here. Went on a Sunday afternoon. Waiter was pleasant but very pretentious and not particularly helpful. Chowder was very good. In retrospect, prob best thing we had. Warm Goat cheese salad was very average. Crab cakes were simply a bunch of crab lumped together. I understand a lot of people may find that fabulous, as you get a huge bunch of crab. I prefer some amount of finesse where you get a nice crisp crust on the outside and then when you put your fork in it you get these wonderful pieces of seasoned crab. Bf had Eggs Benedict with steak. He asked for med rare steak and it was more like med well. English muffin was soggy and filet was dry. Plus it was not hot. Peppermint ice cream pie was very good. Oh I almost forgot, they have a corn pudding which is awesome. Might go back but there's a lot of others I would go to first.

We had a fAbulous meal here on the 4th of July. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. Everything we ordered was delicious. Only issue is that air conditioner had to be broken as it was very hot. I would have loved to stay longer but had to leave the sauna. I will definitely return on the next trip to Boston.

The Lobster Feast is easily enough food for two people, with no appetizer or bread needed. The lobster is pre-cracked, so there is no need to tie on the bib. The service and ambiance were excellent, and the location in Back Bay is within walking distance of the Marriott, Westin, Sheraton, & Hilton.

My first visit to Back Bay Boston just has to include seafood. The Atlantic was just about perfect. With no reservation we got right in to a bar table, perfect for watching the Red Sox on the bar TV. We had perfect clam chowder and the crispy crab and corn spring roll for appitizers! Tasty! I had local grilled Mahi Mahi nicely spiced served with peas and snap beans. These veggies were so fresh and lightly cooked they were amazing. My wife enjoyed her scallop salad so we were borh happy diners! Get a reservation for the patio or just drp into the bar.
