Description: The signature dish at Legal Sea Foods - really fresh fish. Enjoy ocean-side dining just steps from the New England Aquarium. Our restaurant couldn't be more convenient to the Financial District, Freedom Trail, Faneuil Hall and waterfront hotels. We think a visit to Boston must include a meal at Legal Sea Foods. Legal Sea Foods has long proven that a consistent, high quality dining experience never goes out of style. With over 40 varieties of fresh fish and shellfish available throughout the year as well as an award-winning wine list, there's no doubt why legions of fans have fallen hook, line and sinker. We've received a boatload of accolades including "Most Popular Boston Restaurant" (Zagat, 2011/2012), "Best Seafood Restaurant" (Improper Bostonian, 2010), "Best Chowder" (Boston Magazine, 2010), "Best Seafood Restaurant" (Boston Phoenix, 2009) and the honor of serving our legendary New England Clam Chowder at every presidential inauguration since 1981.

Had dinner at Legal Sea Foods' Boston Harbourfront restaurant last week with friends from England, and everyone said it was terrific. Clam Chowder (as served to Presidents!) is to die for, and the lump Crab Cakes are well worth the price. The Boston Cream Pie was also a standout. All this and a great view of the Harbour too!

Our dinner was so amazing, we went back the next day for more!! Day 1 we had the Legal oysters, the crab cake combo, & the Salmon with ravioli. The jumbo shrimp was awesome! The legal oysters were full of flavor & I'm salivating just imagining them on my taste buds! The mixed drinks are expensive, but worth it. The sangria was in a huge glass & my mojito was done just right with a bunch of fresh mint! Day 2 we were back for the Clam Chowder, it was everything we desired! The server recommended the Boston cream pie; WOW I'm so happy he did! We ate both inside & out and we were happy with both. This restaurant has it all!

Ate at Long Wharf location twice during our week-long Boston adventure. Terrific food, friendly staff & good view of the wharf in Boston.

After our whale watching tour (no whales to be seen), we wanted to eat fresh seafood. Went into this place as I had heard it was good. Wasn't disappointed. I had the crab cake and it was great! Not to much breading, lots of crab. Very happy tummy!
