We ate supper here on a Saturday night during the Stanley Cup - still not sure how we got a seat so quickly. The atmosphere was very fun with lots of hockey fans in the front watching the multiple TV's and a little more quieter setting towards the back. Staff was very attentive and friendly and asked if we wanted to watch the game or eat in the quieter area. I ordered the Lobster Mac and Cheese and shared with my daughter who had the Fish and Chips. Both were good - the mac & cheese was very cheesy, but the waitress had told us that ahead of time (BTW - our waitress had just graduated from Smith and will return in the fall for her Master's in Landscape Architect - pretty high brow wait staff!). As we were only in town for the evening I was pleased with our restaurant choice. It was in a fun, happening area and the restaurant mirrored that atmosphere.

The fried foods are delicious but a bit overpriced for fried food and a mound of French fries. Location is nice. Right on the waterfront.

We had some very yummy fish and chips here on a rainy Friday evening. We got a seat right by the window and could only imagine how nice it must be to watch the harbor activity on a nice sunny day. While the weather was not nice the service was very friendly and the fish and chips were top notch. I would definitely come back to Boston Sail Loft again.

Often when a restaurant has a water view the food is not memorable while the view is. This is not the case at the Boston Sail Loft. They have a nice harbor view and they put out good food at very reasonable prices. We stopped in for dinner on a rainy Friday evening and were had very good service and two fantastic orders of tasty fish and chips. The staff was friendly and this place just has a good local feel to it.

Good food, fun, lively atmosphere and friendly, professional staff. The staff were attentive to our food allergy needs and very wiling to share history, directions, tips for gelato in the nearby little Italy! All good fun + awesome place for a Sangaria on the water!
