Last week was the second time we dined at the Rosa Mexicano next to the Seaport Hotel in Boston. It was a cold, snowy evening and we wanted a warm atmosphere and good food. We experienced both at the restaurant. The first highlight was the at table preparation of the guacamole. An experienced server delivers the ingredients to accompany the avocado and then prepares the guacamole at the table. Delicious and plentiful. My wife had the mahi mahi fish tacos and I had the chicken enchilades. Both were excellent and well prepared. The atmosphere was warm and the servers and hosts were very friendly and checked on us often. This is not your typical fast food chain Mexican restaurant and that's a good thing. We will be back!
