We stayed here for 2 nights as we had Marriott vouchers and this was the nearest to Boston centre available on the dates we were travelling. Really pleased we stayed here as the hotel was lovely, rooms were spacious and well equipped and the location was good - just off the Freedom Trail, a short walk over the bridge to the pubs/restaurants and attractions of the North End.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. On the day we were checking out we weren't picking up our hire car until mid-afternoon. I asked if there was somewhere safe to leave our cases for the morning and the lovely girl on reception asked if we would like a late check out (free) instead which was great.
The only small issue we had with the hotel was breakfast. They served a reasonable selection, but the area was very small for the number of guests and it became a bit of a battle to get food and a seat. Everything was also served in plastic plates with plastic cutlery which although I'm sure is very convenient did seem a bit out of line with the 'high-end' look, feel and price of the hotel. You could take your food back to your room, however we chose to sit outside one day away from the crowd, which although a bit cool was lovely to look out across the water.More
