With a daunting rank of the eponymous spirit and a great staff, The Whiskey Priest is great for lunch or after dinner socializing. Over an extended conference, I had the pleasure of eating a fine Cobb salad and their California wrap, both served with quality ingredients and a helpful smile.

Stopped in for an early dinner after a day in town - 2 adults and 2 teens. View was really nice; too cold to try the upstairs deck, but the table by the window was great. Kind of a wierd menu, and nothing even slightly healthy. I realize this is a grill/pub, but 90% of the menu was for fried/covered in cheese/high-cal food. How about a simple chicken kabob salad or something even a bit green? Draft beer was not cold. The waitress tried by asking to take a group photo, but then all of our entrees were brought out before the appetizer plates had been removed. So it became an awkward game of exchanging dirty plates for clean ones, since the table was too small to accomodate both.

I've been to several of the Seaport restaurants, and I'd say this is way low on the list. I wouldn't bother for another try.

This place is near the Seaport convention center so we went with a group for lunch. Good weather, sat on upper level with decent views enjoying the sunshine. We were served by the waitress who had to deal with the whole terrace on her own, while the greeter downstairs just told people to either wait to be seated downstairs or go upstairs and seat themselves. Waitress did a good job considering, food came out eventually, and was OK Irish pubstyle. It's a nice venue for the view.

We had lunch here on a Sunday. The bar was already crowded with sports fans. We were seated quickly. Our meal was served very fast and the food was good. It was a little less pricey than most places we had eaten.

The deck was great. It had a wonderful view right on the water. The food was ok, nothing very special. I ordered a New England clam chowder and a salad. They were not bad, but I wouldn't go back for the food. The atmosphere is really the selling point because our service was pretty awful. The waitress kept forgetting to put our drinks in and it took 20 min to get a round of beers!
