Very good lunch choices and not to expensive. Obviously in this location you have tons of choices but if staying in hotel this is good food. Lobster rolls, crab cakes, chowder all fresh and well prepared.

After a long day of walking around Boston, we wanted a light, late night snack. Ascending the escalators to the second floor, one enters an expansive lobby area and the adjacent restaurant and bar. Although we were in casual gear and clad with shopping bags, we were professionally greeted at the host stand. We were shown to a lovely, water view table with soft lighting and comfortable seating. Immediately, we were approached by one of the servers who offered her suggestions, and needing time to think, another server took our drink order of Moscow Mules, which were expertly made. Following both server's recommendations, we tried the tomato, basil, and mozzarella flatbread, and the tuna tacos. The flatbread was fresh and warm, and the tacos had a spicy kick from the kimchee. One must like spice to appreciate the tacos, but they were tasty and light. Near the end of our meal, the manager checked on us, and we expressed our gratitude and surprise at such great service, relaxing atmosphere, and high quality food and beverages. Furthermore, the price tag was fair, considering hotel, water-front dining. This was genuinely an unexpected find, and we shall return during our next visit to Boston.

We have made two trips into Boston in the past month. Our favorite thing to do is to stop at Waterline at the Boston Marriott Long Wharf before we take our boat back to Quincy. We love the bar at Waterline. We ESPECIALLY love Michael the waiter. He is so friendly and efficient. He remembers us when we come in and just makes our night. The drinks are first rate and you never have to wait more than a couple of minutes for your order. Waterline is a must stop to make your trip to Boston complete.

Stayed there last night, Sat to Sun with friends. We went to the restaurant for breakfast, and found out they only thing they serve on Sunday is their buffet. I was shocked, as the price is $24. For the 5 of us it was $150 with tip, and some of us had a little scrambled eggs, half a bagel, some fruit and a glass of oj, hardly worth more that $12 in that city.

What a ripoff.

Great place to have a drink. The restaurant employees really make you feel welcomed. Plenty of televisions to watch sports. They have a bunch of outlets to plug your electronics into.
