I loved all of the staff here and was very prepared for the size issue that went along with the stay so that wasn't traumatic at all. Honestly, I thought the room was bigger than what I was expecting and loved the layout! It's so convenient to everything and I'm actually staying there again in a few weeks. Try Parish cafe just down the block when you go!

I had high hopes for this hotel and I wish I could write a more favorable review. The hotel is in an excellent location and the front desk staff were friendly. Unfortunately so many of the details were underwhelming. The rooms are small, as expected, but also very poorly laid out. There was almost no hanging space for clothes and the bathroom was tiny. The space could have been used more effectively. The breakfast was exactly as described on the website, but so unappetizingly displayed that I did not try it. I was told I could get tea or coffee at any time, but this was often not practical because the tea/coffee machine was tucked into a far corner in the bar and when there were guests in the bar, it could not be reached without disturbing people. There was half-and-half but no milk. All in all, it seemed depressingly lacklustre and it could have been 100% better with just a little more care and attention to detail.

Very central boutique hotel close to Boston Common and high end designer shops. Rooms in the hotel are VERY small but pristine clean and modern. Breakfast is less than average offering only coffee, bagels and doughnuts. The best thing about this hotel us definitely location.

Room Tip: If you can afford it get a deluxe room for more space.

Good location for getting around on foot Close to local and interstate trains. The rooms are small and only come with a queen bed and pullout sofa and the bathroom is quite small but the beds are comfortable and the friendly staff and location make this hotel a good choice for a stay in Boston.

The rooms are small and poorly decorated. A writing table pulls out, but there are no chairs
in the room. The ``so called'' continental breakfast consisted of stale chocolate donuts, fruit
that was almost spoiled, packaged oatmeal and one kind of bagel with cream cheese.
For beverages, there was orange juice, hot chocolate packets, tea and coffee. The coffee
was not very good and no milk was available for the coffee. Nor was the hotel stafff
especially nice. The only good point was the location. That said, for the more than
$200 a night this hotel charged, one can find a much better hotel in the same area.

Stayed here in august, a great location walking distance from all the main attractions. Staff were really helpful and pleasant. Room was small but we were aware of that on booking, but it was perfect for our needs. The breakfast was great, nice to have coffee in the morning and it was nice and quiet. Tvs could do with some updating since the rooms are so nice and modern.
Thanks
