stayed during mass general conference.
booked online with valet parking deal as parking can be astronomical
arrived at hotel, valet and check in were a breeze
room and bath were comfortable, did not hear any ambulances or any other noises
restaurant looked pleasant and they displayed specials in elevator, but did patronize
mass general 1 block from hotel
7 minute walk to td garden 15-20 walk to public garden and chinatown
whole foods is right behind hotel and offers great buffet and variety of prepared foods along with
supermarket
additional ethnic mexican, sushi, italian, korean restaurants within 1-2 blocks- tried the sushi place and was fantastic
no complaints and would stay again

Nice hotel, friendly staff, close to the garden. I took my niece to a concert at TD and it was only a few blocks away the only thing I didn't Like was that the entrance way to The hotel smelled Like urine and there were 2 or 3 homeless people sleeping in front of the hotel. Other than that we had a great experience .

This hotel offers a range of opportunities for greatness. Unfortunately, they seem over-reaching. Upon check-in, the front desk person was unable to locate the bell hop or the valet. Our vehicle was left curbside while we waited in our room for a receipt and parking lot number to locate our car in the morning. This receipt was slipped under the door with instructions to "text" the number to the valet in order to have our car pulled to the front of the hotel.. Well... We texted, waited the slotted thirty minutes and went downstairs.. No car. No one acknowledged that a text was received. Thirty minutes later we had our car and subsequently we're told that the text number doesn't work and to call downstairs instead.. Next time we called and didn't get the persons name who took our request to have the car pulled around.. Guess what? No car... We finally realized that we would have to call, then call and confirm and get the name of the person we talked to.. By end of our stay they knew us and had the car routine resolved to our satisfaction.. Now, housekeeping.... Housekeeping was nearly non existent. Our was frequently still dirty we'll past three pm. This hotel gets five stars for effort but falls short with delivery..

Dear Nikko,
Thank you for telling us about your stay. I apologize for the difficulties with the valet service. While they do not work directly for the Hotel they are often our very first point of contact with our guest and we have to deliver a better experience. I am sorry that we failed in this service delivery. I will also speak to our housekeeping department as this was completely unacceptable service you had during your stay. I hope that the next time you visit Boston, you might give us a second chance to make a better first impression.
