We did the 2 day hop on and hop off package which also comes with a bonus tour. And honestly, we couldn't enjoy it enough!

For the amount of money each ticket costs, they offer way more than any other company. Including a super duck tours.

We did the hop on and off trolley for the 2 days which was super convenient had over 20 stops in all the main parts of Boston. And for our bonus tour we did the Charles River cruise, which gave us a different perspective of Boston from the water.

It was so much that we didn't even have a chance to do the duck tour portion of the package.

The bus drivers were well informed, and helpful.

I can't even imagine not doing a tour like this when you visit Boston.

You can see all the different stops and different photos on my blog and how kids enjoy it as well.

We did the 2 day ticket (after much research prior to arrival). It was everything they advertised it to be. Had a great sales girl (who was surprised that we already knew what we wanted). She showed us the first bus stop and then we were off! Each driver that we had was chatty and knowledgeable. We followed the map and knew exactly where to get on and off. The view was great. It started to rain one time, but the flaps were easy and quick to get down and then put back up. We didn't do the DUCK ride, but we used the extra pass for the Charles River Boat Tour. That was well narrated and fun also. Even though we did a lot of walking in Boston, this bus tour saved our energy when we needed it to. It was well worth the cost!

They have great drivers. We bought a 2 day pass and took the Trolley to various places throughout Boston, which included Cambridge/Harvard area. The drivers were very informative and entertaining at times. Felt very safe and had a great view since you sit higher in these trolleys. I would recommend this trolley over the others in the city. The passes we bought included other attractions as well, such as the Duck Tour which we took.

We were told the Duck Tours were good, but that's not what the young lady at the window sold us. We got a two-day ticket (they close down fairly early) that included a "splash" tour around the harbor and a choice of several other tour options - we chose the Charles River boat tour. The first driver mentioned the stop for Paul Revere's house and the Old North Church, but didn't actually offer any directions on how to get there. The second driver we had was not a native English speaker and I finally just tuned him out because I couldn't understand a word he said. When we tried to catch the bus after the river tour, we noticed it was the driver who didn't speak English and decided to wait for the next bus. We waited nearly 40 minutes and no buses turned up except for Cambridge Loop buses - no buses going back to Boston and the Freedom Trail. Then, even though we'd been waiting longer than anyone, the young lady at the booth felt compelled to force everyone into a line and she told us to go to the end of it. That did it for me - we took a cab. We tried CityView Trolleys the next day - they're really good.

Hi BarbaraE3. We're disappointed you had a poor experience with us when you toured in July, especially since so many other visitors posted wonderfully positive reviews that month. We'd be very interested in knowing who your driver was, and would welcome feedback about that so we can provide additional training. Please consider taking a look at our Crew directory page at bostonsupertours [dot] com /about/crew/ and letting us know who that driver was.

We'd love to have you back as our guest when you visit Boston again. We cover more miles and see more sites than other Boston trolley tours - just as a matter of fact and not of opinion. We're sure if you ride with us again that you'll see how much more value we deliver than our competitors. Consider this an open invitation to come back and ride with us in the future, on us.

we wandered into Boston with no plans. on the way to the aquarium we saw many different tour options. small tour buses large tour buses 1 story tour buses floating tour buses then we saw the upper deck tour bus. we really had fun and liked being above the other vehicles and being able to see the buildings. for an extra $10 we also got to take a short duck boat tour. after day of walking and visiting many sites, we took a full circle with the tour guide listening to him explain the history and all the fun that he had to share. could be there for many days and not see you at all.
