This was an excellent means of seeing Boston and learning about it's history. We were picked up right outside our hotel, (Boston Revere), the drivers were welcoming and friendly and they knew their history. Plenty of opportunities for questions. The trolley's were comfortable and mobility friendly. We were unfortunate that our tour was disrupted due to an annual parade and we missed some stops. We stopped off at Quincey Market, and we approached a kiosk for the trolley tour company, he sent us very much out of the way for a stop when in fact we discover that there was a stop approx 5 mins away from the kiosk. Aside from that, I would recommend this tour.
