“Very pleasant lunch spot”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 13, 2013

We were there after about ten inches of snow. Sitting at a window table, we had a very nice view over the snowy Boston Public Garden. All three of us were very pleased with the food, service, and ambience. We will return on our next trip to Boston.

“Excellent food”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 8, 2013

Every dish we had was memorable and exceptional. Menu is heavy on seafood.
Our wairtress was upbeat and attentive, altho she seemed to be in a hurry for no apparent reason.

“Great soufflés”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 6, 2013

Went late Saturday night for dessert. Ordered chocolate and Grand Marnier soufflés. Enjoyed good wines while waiting. Small table was very close to diners on either side detracting from the overall experience. Soufflés were very each good, but almost a little too rich and overwhelming. We actually preferred mixing the two.

“Outstanding French Bistro!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 31, 2013 via mobile

Excellent food and ambiance. The special on our day was a lamb neck; it was cooked to perfection with the meat falling from the bone. The bouillabaisse was also delicious. We ended our meal with two souffles: A chocolate one and a Grand Marnier one: Both outstanding!!!

“Nice place in the prime location”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 27, 2013

It was our 30th anniversary and we decided to try something different. Read all those good reviews on the Trip Advisor.
Somehow they knew it was our "big day", so they put us in the semi-private room with the view of the Garden. It was also restaurant week in Boston and they were very busy. The service was great but on the slow side due probably to the same reason. The meal was good, but it really hard to judge as there were only 3 chooses of each courses.
We had a good time, but probably would not go back.
