My husband, in-laws, and I stayed here a few weekends ago before an early morning flight out of Logan airport. The location is terrific - there's a bridge connecting the hotel to two of the terminals so there's no need to get in a shuttle unless you want to or have a lot of luggage. Our room was comfortable and there was free wifi. Unfortunately, the hotel has one restaurant/bar which was overflowing the night we were there. We ended up grabbing drinks and sitting in the lobby and then going back to our rooms instead of having dinner. Lots of other guests seemed to be getting take out delivered. There were seats in the restaurant but they were very understaffed. There were only two people at the check-in desk and the poor bell men were running around like crazy and looked exhausted. So, for location, I would stay here again. However, if you're hungry or expecting a relaxed evening in the bar, plan to eat before you arrive or bring a bottle of wine and open it in your room!

We stayed overnight because we had a very early international departure.
The good: It is the closest hotel to the airport, it is clean, comfortable, good service. Best is that you can walk from the hotel to the airport in the morning, or take the shuttle.
The bad: very expensive parking ($34/day), very noisy rooms - you can hear every sound in the hallway and in rooms above/below you. Restaurant is also super expensive and I was surprised at how terrible the food was. I had a chicken sandwich which was so overcooked and dry it was nearly inedible. My husband had the pizza, it was bland, but at least edible. We each had 2 glasses of wine. It was $100! Yikes. Still, I will stay there again if we have an early flight, because it saves so much hassle and stress for an early takeoff!

I had an early flight out of Logan, and decided to stay here again. Great location in that you can walk to A and E terminal, and never have to go outside. The place is clean and modern, has a nice gym, and a friendly staff. If you are going to stay at the airport this is probably your best choice.

As an overnight stay it is good .Room was very clean but noisy. We had asked for a quiet room, we were given room 782 . There was banging all night ,we did not know if there service stairs or it was a room but it was loud.
Getting dinner was like winning the jackpot .The hotel was full and they could not cope in the restaurant. In the hour we waited for a table there were 4 tables empty and uncleared. The seating organizer could not cope nore could he speak English clearly.There were at least 40 people waiting by the time we were seated and we allowed a single person to join us as she was told there were no single tables. Once we were in Maria our server was fantastic quick and helpful .
The food was adequate and expensive.

I stayed at the Boston Hilton for 5 nights for a convention. The rooms were acceptable. However, I shared the room and it wasn't friendly for two women getting ready at the same time. No outside dressing area and no mirror above the desk. We HAD to use the bathroom. The entire staff was more than friendly and helpful. The restaurant has great food. In order to go to the workout area and pool you have to go through the main lobby!! Plan accordingly. Not a good layout.

We recently stayed at the Logan hilton in order to catch an early flight out the next morning. We had not done this for many years but the experience was as good as ever. This hotel has managed to stay on top of just about everything and is heads above what you'll find within almost any major airport anywhere. The staff is attentive, there are no 'airport' compromises, it's connected to the terminal and is in excellent shape all around. While not inexpensive it's a great way to take the stress out of getting up in the dark and fighting your way to the airport. A wonderful way to start a vacation...relaxed.

We stayed at this property for three days during the blizzard that shut down Logan Airport. How lucky we were. The hotel is wonderful. The rooms are clean, new and the beds are so comfortable. We used room service, and ate at the restaurants and the food was very good each time. The room is equipped with a coffee maker and you can get as much hot cocoa as you like from the big bowls at the reception area. The gym is incredible. All the latest machines and weights. An indoor heated pool as well. The locker room has showers which makes it great for long layovers. The shuttle driver worked throughout the blizzard and would take us for short rides to entertain us. They were gracious in late checkouts. I can't say enough good about this hotel. Even the housekeeping staff was courteous and would give you whatever you needed. I would find ways to travel through Boston to be able to access this hotel and its kind staff.
