We recently stayed at the Logan hilton in order to catch an early flight out the next morning. We had not done this for many years but the experience was as good as ever. This hotel has managed to stay on top of just about everything and is heads above what you'll find within almost any major airport anywhere. The staff is attentive, there are no 'airport' compromises, it's connected to the terminal and is in excellent shape all around. While not inexpensive it's a great way to take the stress out of getting up in the dark and fighting your way to the airport. A wonderful way to start a vacation...relaxed.

We stayed at this property for three days during the blizzard that shut down Logan Airport. How lucky we were. The hotel is wonderful. The rooms are clean, new and the beds are so comfortable. We used room service, and ate at the restaurants and the food was very good each time. The room is equipped with a coffee maker and you can get as much hot cocoa as you like from the big bowls at the reception area. The gym is incredible. All the latest machines and weights. An indoor heated pool as well. The locker room has showers which makes it great for long layovers. The shuttle driver worked throughout the blizzard and would take us for short rides to entertain us. They were gracious in late checkouts. I can't say enough good about this hotel. Even the housekeeping staff was courteous and would give you whatever you needed. I would find ways to travel through Boston to be able to access this hotel and its kind staff.

Room Tip: Ask for a view of the runways

I have stayed in this hotel a number of times. It is convenient to the airport, the beds are comfortable and the price is usually not too outrageous for an airport hotel. So why 2 stars? The basic requirement of a hotel is that it provides a place to sleep. This proved to be very difficult last night as the staff were either chatting outside my room at 2am, making a row as they shoved my bill under the door, or banging on my fellow travellers doors and shouting 'HOUSEKEEPING' at 7am to gain access to the rooms to make them up. They even added to the fun by vacuuming the carpet at 7.15am.

I had a late morning flight and was looking forward to a lie in..some hope. if you don't want to get up at 6am after a bad night's sleep, this is the place for you. Unfortunately, the hotel is now being run for the benefit of the staff and their cleaning routines, not their customers. I'll stay at the Hyatt next time - thats just down the road.

Room Tip: Check the a/c works... mine didn't.

Very nice to find such a clean and well located hotel. Our room was in order and very clean. The front desk staff were wonderful and sensitive to our needs. The hotel shuttle makes it very easy to get to the airport terminal. I would recommend the Logan Hilton to anyone who is dropping off a rental car and departing from Boston. The bartender at the restaurant makes an excellent Black aand Tan.

I was waiting at the airport for three days for my international flight to get out because of the blizzard. The staff went above and beyond with outstanding service despite not being able to get home and working long hours. They went out of their way to provide each guest with individual service while handing the large number of guests which were stranded at the airport. After the blizzard, they were out in the parking lot helping guests shovel out their cars! The skybridges to the International Terminal made getting all of my luggage to the check in counter very easy! Would recommend this hotel to anyone with an early morning flight or during storms!

Let's start with service with a smile! Our incoming flight arrived late pm and all we had to do was pick up one of the courtesy phones at baggage and the shuttle arrived within 10 minutes. Driver said he'd take the bags & immediately ushered us on to the warm bus because it was cold and he could see we were arriving from a warm destination. What a guy! Arriving at the hotel our extra bags were held by the most welcoming gentleman who was indeed proud of this property promising us whisper quiet rooms - no jet noise. He was indeed accurate. The room was perfect for our needs although the bath vanity seemed very low (handicap accessible??). Spotless room, comfy beds, terrific bath ammenities & nice little coffee maker. No complaints.

I stay in hotels at least 12 days a month and up until now I have not come across more inconsiderate maids. I don't really think they know they work in a hotel. People try to rest/sleep around their work schedule meanwhile the cleaning staff is yelling down the hallway, allowing doors to bounce on door latches (I hate this as it echos through the entire hallway), and it literally sounds like they are bouncing those little plastic garbage cans on the tile floors in the bathrooms! This all equals no sleep or rest!
However on a side note, the hotel is fairly clean, nicely decorated and connected to the airport. Also the food at the restaurant is good with a good atmosphere.

I called the front desk to notify them of the disruptions they apologized and said they would let the ladies know. Too late I'm up, grumpy and tired!

Ps. I don't think the front desk notified anyone! Grrrrr
