It’s a beautiful hotel. Great rooms and all appointed with everything you could ask for. Bathroom was huge and tons of storage space. The beds and bedding were so comfy. Great bar and breakfast as well. Amazing location in the city! We will certainly be back!!!

This weekend there was not a nicer place to be than the Battery Wharf in Boston. The weather was pleasant, the hotel was comfortable and the neighbohood was active and enticing.
The location great and there are so many things within walking distance.

I will begin with the fact that this hotel is in a great location. It all goes downhill from there. To make a very long story short, I will only detail the most upsetting of issue. (The other host of issues were: no one to help with bags upon arrival or leaving, dirty, stained carpet in the room and the fact we had to wait a half hour for our car from the valet.)
The issue I have a REAL problem with is there was MOLD on the ceiling and vent in the bathroom of our room!! (See photos.) Not only is this aesthetically unpleasing, but it is an enormous health risk!!! Thorough mold testing & remediation is necessary before anyone should stay in that room, or any others for that matter. (Especially if the mold is in the vent system.) Of course I brought up the mold issue the front desk (and showed them the photos) and the response was not one of concern at all!! The day of our check-out I was asked by the hotel via text for comments on our stay, which I gladly shared, with no response. I have also emailed the hotel with no response. Sadly, I was less than impressed with this so-called luxury hotel!

We visited Boston to try out the new casino (accessible by boat from Long Wharf), the Italian Feast (directly across the street from the hotel) and the Wine Island Boston event (ferry directly from Long Wharf). The hotel was perfectly situated for all our plans!

Never Stay at this hotel! Service is horrible! Stayed here over the weekend for my sisters wedding and was woken up by an angry mob of employee’s protesting outside of the hotel at 730 am. It makes complete sense to me now as to why upon check in and check out there was no bell carts or anyone for that matter to help us with bags and such, valet took 30 minutes to get our car. General manager Nick was extremely rude and unhelpful with our refund and the other charges out on credit card. Certainly not a 5 star hotel. This hotel ruined my
Sisters wedding wedding weekend and all the wedding guest experience’s as well!!!!

While we respect the right of our employees to do so, we understand is was disruptive during your stay.
