It is definitely a great place to take your children. They will have a blast and maybe you will too. The admission is only $5. Locker rental is only $2. It is best to bring your own skates if you have them. Skate rental is $9. All in all, it is a cheap day out. You can buy food at the venue and there are bathrooms right on site.

The frog pond is an ice skating retreat in the heart of Boston Commons. An evening activity before a light dinner is fun in a beautiful venue in the midst of the trees with downtown buildings and lights in the perimiter. Great for a couple or an office team of 20(that's what we did).

The frog pond is a wading pond in the summer and an ice skating rink in the winter. Skates are available to rent. On New Year's Eve, there is an ice show on the rink. The frog pond is located in Boston Common. There is also a playground adjacent to the pond.

This is a great place in the centre of the Boston Common. A great pond that is great to sit by and watch people feed the birds or sail their boats (not sure they are allowed), or in winter to see it completely frozen over when the temperature drops into Freezing. Get your photo taken with the bronze frogs for a bit of fun.

The Frog Pond has differnt offerings at differnt times of the year. In the summer you can soak you feel and cool off, kick back and read a book and catch some rays. In the winter is when it really shines. For a few buck you can skate the Frog Pond with the beautiful sights of Beacon Hill and Boston around you...
