My wife, daughter and myself stayed for one night at the end of a two week trip as a quick visit to Boston and to be close to the airport for our flight home. All of the staff were pleasant, friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Our room, on the ninth floor, had a nice view over the city and the room itself was a good size and comfortable. Out daughter rates hotels by the size of their TV and this one was huge! After going out for a meal we returned to the hotel quite late and decided to order a drink and dessert from room service. After half an hour I called and asked where it was and was told it was on its way. I'm not sure what route they took but it was a further 25 minutes before it arrived so ths spoiled another wise annoy able stay. However, the hotel did apologise and waived the cost which was a nice gesture and appreciated. Parking is quite expensive at $45 for 24 hours.
