I thought this was a lovely cosy hotel, and appreciated the Aveda toiletries in the bathroom! I stayed for 3 nights in total. The room was OK and furnished with TV, ironing facilities and desk, but the wardrobe was absolutely tiny so might not be ideal for a longer stay. There were no tea making facilities in the room but coffee and tea is provided at breakfast time in the lobby. There was a noisy group of boys who had been out partying and were continuing the party in their room, and when several of the adjoining rooms complained the hotel staff came up and told them to be quiet, which I appreciated. Other than that I didn't need to ask the staff for anything, but I got a good impression of the reception staff.
We ate in the restaurant downstairs and the service was good, but stay away from the Irish bar downstairs which is owned by the hotel as the staff were incredibly unfriendly.More
