Nice, clean hotel with friendly personnel. Shame there is no free wireless access (this is so 2009) and (public) parking is $ 32 (yes, thirtytwo!!!) à night.

This hotel has to be hands down the nicest chain hotel I have stayed in. The room was very clean and modern. The staff was incredibley nice and everytime we walked by the lobby they asked how we were doing and how are stay was. The pool was fantastic it was olympic size and had great dressing rooms. I love this hotel and recommend that anyone going to Boston should stay there

We ended up paying about $225 per room per night including the Hyatt upgrade to get a high floor. This is a good quality hotel in a good location even as a visitor. I would not have wanted to pay more than I did but would recommend if you can get this price or less. Good fitness centre and pool. We asked for and were given connecting rooms as we were travelling with our teenage children.

I think this is now a slightly older hotel so choose a high floor away from the elevator in order to get some quiet, you can hear people in the next room although we were not really disturbed.

We stayed at this hotel because i had a staff discount but otherwise i would probably opt for something a little more luxurious and couples friendly. Overall hotel is pretty nice. Staff at the front was a little "dry" if you ask me.
Pros:
-The gym although a little out of the way is very good with cardio machines, weights...
-Swimming pool is great and not busy in the mornings...So is Sauna and Steam Room
-Breakfast buffet is so delicious! The "omelette"station was quick and you can choose your own toppings as well as ask the lady ( she was super nice!) to use egg whites...
-Central location of the hotel: access to major tourist points in the city

Cons:
-The room was fairly small
-Security in the downstairs lobby is pretty strict about letting guests in ( which is good and bad i guess) and demand your room key....
-The hotel has more of a business feel to it and i wouldn't recommend it to couples looking for a romantic getaway.

The hotel has a great location if you are planning on walking everywhere but parking is a rip off as well as there are no perks. If you are looking to stay at a hotel that "gets the job done," then this is a nice place to stay but it is no way near what I expected for the price I paid for a room. Be careful when eating in the dining room as it is also overrated.
